Description
A great dip for tortilla chips or crudité, makes a delicious dressing for Taco Salads, and a great addition to vegetable wraps, sandwiches, burritos & burrito bowls, and tacos.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 small slightly under ripe tomatoes, seeded, and chopped
- 1/4 red or white onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, very finely chopped
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mash avocado.
- Add chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Add salt, and taste. Add more if desired.
- Chill, and store in a airtight container. The flavours will improve and intensify after a few hours.
