A fruity, not-too-sweet, slightly creamy smoothie that serves up a dose of veggies and plenty of plant based proteins and healthy fats. Serves 1.
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup mixed fruit (peach, mango, pineapple, strawberry mix)
- 1 large carrot
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seed oil (optional - but SO good)
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
