A decadently creamy, extra-chocolatey caffé mocha made with soymilk.


  • 1 cup unsweetened soymilk, hot
  • 35g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 1 shot espresso


  1. In a blender, combine hot soy milk, dark chocolate, Medjool date, pure vanilla, and salt. Blend on high until chocolate is melted and hot chocolate is creamy. Pour hot chocolate into a warm mug and gently stir in 1 shot of espresso. Top with shaved chocolate.
